O~/' Ofr PLEASANTON <br /> $$UN?Y OF ALAMEDA <br /> I?A?[ OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY <br />AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNEA FOR WIDENING OF <br />FAIRLANDS FRONTAGE ROAD <br /> <br />~HEREAS: <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of an agreement proposing a means <br />of sharing the cost of widening the Fairlands Frontage <br />Road from approximately one-half mile east of TassaJara <br />Road toone mile east of Route #680 and from 4.0 miles <br />west to a point west of Route 680; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE AGREEMEN~ BETWEEN THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, regarding sharing of <br />costs of the widening of the Fairlands Frontage Road, is hereby <br />approved, and the appropriate City officers authorized and directed <br />to sign said agreement on behalf of <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />AT'ST: <br /> <br />May 4, 1970 <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILLIAM A.
