WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />~{EREAS: <br /> <br />~OW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 70-94 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF UTILITY VAULT AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of an agreement from the Utility <br />Vault Company, .evidencing its willingness to participate <br />financially in the installation of permanent sewage and <br />storm drainage facilities to serve its property and <br />surrounding properties located within the Kaiser Sand and <br />Gravel Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />The Utility Vault Company has requesbed~ pursuant to <br />Section 4 of Ordinance 14~2, thata permit be granted to <br />maintain an interim sealed tank sewage collection and <br />disposal system pending installation of permanent sewer <br />and drainage facilities; and <br /> <br />The City is in receipt of a letter of understanding from <br />Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company reciting what it under- <br />stands to be its obligation in connection with the instal <br />ation of permanent sewage facilities and which is, in <br />substanc~ that Kaiser Sand and Gravel will begin installs <br />tion of permanent sewage facilities within one year of <br />the issuance of a building permit to Utility Vault Com- <br />pany; and <br /> <br />Kaiser Sand and GraveI has further obligated itself to <br />install water facilities to serve the parcel of Utility <br />Vault Company and other parcels, said facility to be <br />available to Utility Vault Company upon completion of its <br />plant. <br /> <br />TNEBEFORE, BE IT BESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
