CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70'89 <br />RE: FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR SOUTHERN APPROACH <br />TO TASSAJARA ROAD OVERCROSSING AT FREEWAY ROUTE 580 <br /> <br />~HEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public <br /> Works, Division of Highways, has presented an agreement <br /> entitled "Freeway Maintenance Agreement" which concerns <br /> State Highway Route 580, in the City of Pleasanton between <br /> 0.q mile east of TassaJara Road and 1.0 mile east of Route <br /> 680 and between q.0 miles west and 4.7 miles west of <br /> Route 650, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and <br /> <br /> is familiar with the cont~ents thereof; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of' the City of <br />Pleasanton that said Freeway Maintenance Agreement be and the same <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed tc <br />execute the same on behalf of said City. ,~ /~-~ <br />ADOPTED THIS 27th day of April, 1970.~.
