UTiON NO.,, 70-84 <br />DECLARING RESULTS OF ELECTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of election was duly given, precincts proper- <br />ly established, election officers appointed and supplies furnished, <br />the election held, returns made, and all other requirements for <br />general law cities duly complied with~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FQLLOW~: <br /> 1. The regular municipal election was held and conducted in <br />the City of Pleasanton, Tuesday, April 14, 1970, in time, form and <br />manner as required by law. <br /> <br /> 2. There were eight voting precincts established as follows <br /> a. Precinct No. 32080 as Precinct No. 1. <br /> <br /> b. Precinct No. 32081 as Precinct No. 2. <br /> <br />~ o.
