{ II'Y OF PLEASAN?ON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STAT~ OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 70'82 <br /> RESOLUTION NO- <br />PROVISION OF TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE TO PROPERTY <br />OUTSIDE OF CITY BOUNDARIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City is in receipt of a proposed agreement pursuant <br /> to which it would, as administrator of the Water Assess- <br /> ment Districts created by the Pleasanton Township Water <br /> District, afford to Vance Gifford and Foothill Associ- <br /> ates a temporary connection to its water line on Foothill <br /> Road, said temporary connection to be conditioned upon <br /> later participation by the affected landowners in <br /> installation of permanent water facilities. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the agreements proposed between the City and Vance <br /> Gilford and Foothill Associates with respect to the prov~ <br /> sion of temporary water service to serve the parcels <br /> described in the exhibit attached to said agreements <br /> are hereby approved and the appropriate City officer <br /> directed to execute same on behalf of City. <br /> <br /> April 20, 1970 <br /> <br /> BERNARD T.
