CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-73 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING PROGRESS PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF NOTICE <br />OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />Work on the Santa Rita Road Pumping Station has been <br />satisfactorily completed and acceptance thereof by the <br />City, payment of the last progress payment to Gil Con- <br />struction Company and filing of a notice of completion <br />is now appropriate. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the work by Gil Construction Company on the Santa <br /> Rita Road Pumping Station is accepted and the appropriate <br /> City officers authorized to file a notice of completion <br /> thereon. <br /> <br />2. That the Director of Finance be directed to execute in <br /> favor of Gil Construction Company in the amount of <br /> $18,092.84 in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment <br /> thereon. <br /> <br />Dated: April 20, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN-C.
