WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> ~IYY Off PL~ASANI'ON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-66 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO APPROVE TENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR MACKAY HOMES RELOCATING CHURCH SITE <br /> <br />The Planning Commission, by Resolution No. 995, adopted <br />March 11, 1970, recommended to the City Council that <br />Mackay ~mes be allowed to amend its previously approved <br />tentative development plan so as to provide that the <br />property generally located south of the proposed neigh- <br />borhood shopping center and fronting on Valley Avenue, <br />containing four (4.0) acres more or less, and as shown <br />on the revised tentative development plan, be reserved <br />and eventually used as a church site and that property <br />previously reserved as a church site be deleted; and <br />The City Council did, at a public hearing on April 6, <br /> <br /> documentary, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />1. <br /> <br />1970, consider evidence, both oral and <br />relating to the proposed revision; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the proposed revision in the previously approved <br />Planned Unit Development tentative development plan <br />relating to the relocation of a church site approximate] <br />four (4.0)acres in size as shown on the revised tentativ <br />development plan is hereby approved and the appropriate <br />City officers directed to take whatever steps necessary <br />to implement said approval. <br /> <br />DATED: April 6, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~f~'LEN C.
