WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br /> CITY OF P£EASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-64 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS REGARDING ALAMEDA COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS <br />FIRE TRUCK <br /> <br />Both the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda <br />are desirous of terminating the City's obligation to <br />provide a fire truck upon the Alameda County Fairgrounds <br />and <br /> <br />It is proposed that that agreement entered into <br /> <br />February 1, 1961, between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />County of Alameda be amended so as to delete the <br /> <br /> requirement that the City furnish a fire <br /> upon the County Fairgrounds. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />truck for use <br /> <br />That the proposed agreement between the City of Pleasantc <br />and the County of Alameda which is, in substance, the <br />same as that dated February 1, 1961, but which does <br />not contain an obligation on the part of the City to <br />provide a fire truck on the Alameda County Fairgrounds <br />is approved and the appropriate City officers directed <br />to execute same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />DATED: April 6, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> C, ~cCARTY', City Cler~ <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILLIAM A.
