CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 70-61 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF UNIT #2,TRACT 2987 FOOT HILL FARMS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The cc~struct~n of public improvements for Unit 2, of Tract <br /> <br /> 2987, Foothill Farms has been satisfactorily completed <br /> with the exception of street trees for which a cash bond <br /> has been posted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
