WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO 70-60 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREET DEDICATION FROM <br /> KAISER INDUSTRIES CORPORATION <br /> <br /> The City is in receipt of an offer of dedication of <br /> property for street purposes from Kaiser Industries <br /> Corporation, a Nevada corporation doing business in the <br /> State of California and in the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> Said dedication is generally described and understood as <br /> the extension of Valley Avenue and is more specifically <br /> described in Exhibit A attached to the offer of dedica- <br /> tion, and is in satisfaction of No. 18 and 19 in Resolu- <br /> tion No. R-69-78 of the Board of Design Review of the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
