CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE O? CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-59 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF OFF-STREET PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City is in receipt of a proposed agreement between <br /> the City and Howard Hansen and Ann Marie Mix, tenants in <br /> common of a parcel of property located at 660, 670 and <br /> 680 Main Street, Pleasanton, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Said agreement relates to an understanding between the <br /> <br /> parties with respect to the provision by the landowner <br /> of off-street parking facilities to serve the parcels <br /> referred to in said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
