RE: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 70-56 <br />APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND CALL <br />FOR BIDS FOR PLEASANTON FIRE STATION NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> Final plans and specifications have been prepared and <br /> are complete for the construction of Pleasanton Fire <br /> Station No. 3, at an estimated cost of $168,297.00; and <br /> Construction of said fire station as quickly as possible <br /> is necessary in order to protect the health and safety <br /> of the residents of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the plans and specifications for the Pleasanton <br /> Fire Station No. 3 are approved. <br /> <br /> 2. That the appropriate City officers are directed to <br /> notice a call for bids with a bid opening date at <br /> 2:00 P.M., April 22, 1970. <br /> <br />DATED: March 23, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST'. <br /> <br /> L N C.
