Helton and George E. Mein, Inc., dated Septem- <br />ber 18, 1969, for an easement to the City across a <br />parcel of property abutting on Sonoma Drive. <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
