RE: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> {~ESOL.UTION NO. 70-~47 I <br /> <br />TIME EXTENSION FOR PRELIMINARY PLANNED UNliT DEVELOPMENT <br />APPROVAL FOR MORRISON HOMES GARDEN COURT COMPLEX <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Planning Commission, by Resolution No. 991, adopted <br /> February 25, 1970, recommended that Morrison Homes, !nc., <br /> be allowed additional time in which to file the final <br /> development plans in connection with their approved <br /> Planned Unit Development #Z-69-11; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approved preliminary development plans of <br /> Morrison Homes, Inc.,Z-69-11, be extended for a period <br /> of one Il) year subject, however, to the following two <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> A. That Morrison Homes, Xnc., comply with the remaining <br /> provisions of Artlcle 13, of Ordinance 520, relating to <br /> Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> B.
