CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-45 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY. USE OF <br /> VE~ECULAR EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City is in receipt of a proposed agreement between <br /> the City and the County of Alameda Civil Defense and <br /> Disaster Council whereby the latter would, under certain <br /> circumstances, make available to the former vehicular <br /> fire fighting apparatus on an emergency basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; Said agreement appears to be in order and in the public <br /> <br /> interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
