CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 70-31 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF TIME EXTENSION FOR SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS <br />FOR TRACT NO. 2860 (PLEASANTON VALLEY) <br /> <br /> The improvement agreement entered into between the City <br /> and Morrison Homes, Inc., with respect to Tract No. 2860 <br /> has expired and extension thereof for two years is re- <br /> quested by Morrison Homes, Inc.; and <br /> <br /> It appears that such an extension would not unduly burde <br /> the public interest provided that certain of the improve- <br /> <br />completed herein. <br /> <br />IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> ments be <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br />That a time extension until May 15, 1971 is granted to <br />Morrison Homes, Inc., to install the improvements require <br />in Tract 2860 (Pleasanton Valley), subject, however, to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (1) That Valley Avenue street improvements for Tract <br /> 2860 be completed at the same time that the City <br /> completes the south side of Valley Avenue in the <br /> area of Tract 2860. <br /> <br /> (2) That street lights for the aforementioned portion <br /> of Valley Avenue be completed at the same time <br /> that the City completes the south side of Valley <br /> Avenue in the area of Tract 2860. <br /> <br /> (3) That the work necessary to protect the sanitary <br /> sewer system and to provide access for maintenanc~ <br /> of this system be completed as directed by the <br /> City Engineer no later than March 6, 1970, and <br /> that the sewer system be protected until Tract <br /> 2860 is completed. <br /> <br /> <br />
