CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> EE$OLUTION NO. , 70-22 <br /> <br /> QUIT CLAIM OF TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENT TRACT 2831 <br /> (HIGHLAND OAKS) ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton is in possession of a temporary <br /> drainage easement in Tract 2831 which is no longer needed <br /> inasmuch as the permanent drainage facility has been <br /> accepted by the Alameda County Flood Control District. <br /> <br />~0W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS <br /> <br /> 1.
