CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO.. 70~15 <br /> <br />PAYMENT TO DEETZ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR WORK <br />ON AMADOR VALLEY COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />Whereas: Deetz Construction Company, pursuant to agreement with <br /> the City of Pleasanton, replaced and relocated fill <br /> material on the Amador Valley Community Park site; and <br /> <br />Whereas: Such work has been satisfactorily completed and acceptanc, <br /> <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That fill replacement work performed on the Amador Valley <br /> Community Park site by Deetz Construction Company is <br /> accepted and the Director of Finance directed to execute <br /> a warrant in favor of Deetz Construction Company in the <br /> amount of $3,363.04 in satisfaction of the City's obliga- <br /> tion for said work. <br /> <br />DATED: January 26, 1970 <br /> <br />ATTEST' <br /> <br />BERNARD T.
