PATTON, ON <br /> ESTABLISHING YOUTH SOCCER FOOTBALL PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The addition of soccer football to the youth sports <br /> program of the City of Pleasanton has greatly benefitted <br /> the community; and <br /> <br /> This program provides outstanding moral, physical fitness <br /> and sportsmanship opportunities to the young men who <br /> participate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Pleasanton has received recognition on a <br /> national and international level for the excellence of <br /> its soccer football program for youth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> commend the Director of Recreation, Gary D.
