CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE .... <br /> ~:~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> r~r~'~.m , -.- ..... 71-17 <br /> <br />ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works has recommended that, pur- <br /> suant to ame r~ments of Paragraphs 1773 and 1773.4 of the <br /> Labor Code of the State of California, a prevailing wage <br /> rates schedule for reference in future advertising for <br /> bids for City of Pleasanton projects be adopted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby determine and establish <br /> the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each <br /> type of craft of workman needed to execute or perform <br /> necessary work on advertised City projects in accordance <br /> with the schedule attached hereto and described as the <br /> "Schedule of Prevailing Wage Rates." <br /> <br /> 2.
