RE: <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STA-FE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-12 <br />REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br />WATER LINES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> City is in receipt of Reimbursement Agreements from <br /> MacKay Homes, Amador Valley Investors and D. and V. <br /> Builders in which water lines for which the City is <br /> responsible were installed by the contracting party and <br /> which said agreements provide for the payment of <br /> $20,682.72, $81,990.17 and $11,375.00, respectively, <br /> over varying periods of time; and <br /> said agreements are consistent with the provisions of <br /> Article 2, Chapter 9, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br /> the City of Pleasanton relating to water connection fees <br /> and water reimbursement agreement. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Reimbursement Agreements between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and MacKay Homes, Amador Valley Investors and <br /> D. and V.
