<br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 68-49,
<br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1967-1, WEST PLEASANTON SEWER,
<br />CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 68-49, adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton,
<br />on March 25, 1968, is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of,
<br />
<br />Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that it is the inten-
<br />
<br />tion of said Council to order the following construction of
<br />
<br />improvements and the acquisition of real property and the acquisi-
<br />
<br />tion of capacity to be made in Assessment District 1967-1, West
<br />
<br />Pleasanton Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California
<br />
<br />to wit:
<br />
<br /> The construction of a sanitary sewer main system together
<br /> with all appurtenant facilities, including manholes, side
<br /> sewer, pump stations, tunneling and/or boring, casing,
<br />. trenching, backfill, pavement replacement, siphons, and
<br /> replacement of existing improvements within the construction
<br /> area, together with the acquisition of any and all necessary
<br /> easements'or other interests
<br /> ~arcels of property shown on cnac Ce~ta~? map enc~tzea,
<br /> Proposed Boundaries of Assessment Dzstrzct 1967-1, West
<br /> Pleasanton Sewer, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County,
<br /> California," which map is on file with the City Clerk; and
<br /> the purchase of capacity in said sanitary sewer main system.

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED that said improvements to be
