Gi' Y C,~ P!_ EASANTON <br />CCU,'; ~ .~ uF ;`~,LAMEDA <br />~~-"~l~i, i;F CALIFORNiI~ <br />F:~S0L.~1TIrJN N0..7_ ~„„ ~~ <br />RESOLUTION RE: NEW FEE SCHEDULES FOR BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, <br />MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING PERMITS <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton dealing with Building, Electrical, Mechanical, <br />and Plumbing Permits provided that the City Council shall <br />establish by resolution fee schedules for the granting of <br />such permits; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on December 7, 1970, adopted the Uniform <br />Building, Plumbing and Mechanical Codes of 1970, and the <br />National Electrical Code of 1968 and the Model Electrical <br />Code of 1969, and it is now recommended by the Director of <br />Public Works that revised fee schedules be adopted with <br />respect to the granting of permits in connection with the <br />aforementioned codes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The fees relating to the granting of Electrical Permits <br />provided for in the schedule entitled "City of Pleasanton <br />E ec:tr:ical Permit Fee Schedule" attached hereto and marke6 <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated by reference herein are here- <br />by approved and adopted. <br />2. That the Building Permit fees provided for in the schedule <br />entitled "City of Pleasanton Schedule of Fees for Building <br />Permits" attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and incorpor- <br />ated by reference herein are approved and adopted. <br />3. That the Mechanical Permit fees provided for in the sched- <br />ule entitled "City of Pleasanton Schedule of Mechanical <br />Fees" attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; <br />designated Exhibit "C", are approved and adopted. <br />4. That the plumbing permit fees provided for in the schedule', <br />i <br />entitled "City of Pleasanton Schedule of Fees for Plumbing' <br />Permits" attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "D", and I <br />n <br />
