<br />Resolution No. 01-030 <br />Page Two <br />Section I: Council approves the overall funding program for the City's Community <br /> Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for fiscal year 2001 as depicted in <br /> Table A, including a total of $327,000.00 in CDBG funds and $110,939 in City <br /> Housing Funds. <br />Section 2: Council directs staff, under the authority of the City Manager, to submit the annual <br /> Action Plan and all other required documentation for the City's CDBG program for <br /> FY 2001 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in <br /> conformance with the HUD procedures and deadlines. <br />Section 3: Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into individual contracts with each <br /> agency receiving Pleasanton CDBG funding in FY 2001 and to take all other <br /> necessary actions to carry out the CDBG program for FY 200l. <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~$~~ <br />APPROVED AS T~ <br />~(dtr:U( <br />Michael H.
