Resolution No. 01-024 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />James W. Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community Services, is authorized to <br />execute and file an appropriate claim pursuant to the terms of the Transportation <br />Development Act, as amended, and pursuant to applicable roles and regulations <br />promulgated thereunder, together with all necessary supporting documents, with <br />the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and the Alameda County Board of <br />Supervisors for an allocation of TDA and Measure B funds in Fiscal Year <br />2001-2002. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A copy of this resolution will be transmitted to the Metropolitan Transportation <br />Commission and the Alameda County Board of Supervisors in conjunction with <br />the filing of the claim, and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission will be <br />requested to grant the allocations of funds as specified herein. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
