CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC <br />STREETS) TO ESTABLISH <br />PLEASANTON AVENUE <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />TWO HOUR PARKING ON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution <br /> Establishing Traffic Regulations for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 20, 2001, the City Council received and discussed a report <br />(SR01:056) from the Director of Public Works regarding establishing a two-hour <br />parking zone on Pleasanton Avenue north of the Fairgrounds main entrance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. 76-79 to amend <br /> Section 11 (Two Hour Parking Zones); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations for City <br />Streets) is hereby amended by adding to subsections 1 lp as follows: <br /> <br />1 lp Pleasanton Avenue - two parking spaces on the west side, north of the <br /> Fairground's main entrance. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
