CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-031 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN FOR <br />BERNAL NEIGHBORHOOD PARK, GREENBRIAR <br />HOMES/BERNAL INVESTORS, LLC <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />as part of its overall development plan for the Bernal property, Greenbriar Homes <br />(GHC Bemal Investors, LLC) is required to satisfy a portion of its park dedication <br />requirement by construction of a five acre neighborhood park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Master Plan for the park is now complete and has been reviewed and approved <br /> by the Parks and Recreation Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 3, 2001, the City Council received the report of the Director <br /> of Parks and Community Services (SR 01:078) describing the proposed plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Master Plan for the five-acre neighborhood park on the Bernal <br />property, an illustration of which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 3, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
