CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 01-023 RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES WHEREAS, due to expiration and/or resignation of the terms of various Commissions, vacancies have occurred on several Commissions and Committees; and WHEREAS, applications were received and interviews held with various individuals who are interested in serving on the commissions and their qualifications evaluated. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Margene Gerton Rivara is appointed as a regular member, and Nancy Scotto is appointed as an alternate member, of the Civic Arts Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2005, or until such time as they are replaced. Section 2: The following persons are appointed to the Economic Vitality Committee until their terms expire or until such time as they are replaced: Nanle Start Erickson James Hawkins James Isaac James Pease Representing Citizen at Large Biomedical Finance Chamber of Commerce Term expires September 30, 2004 April 3O, 20O5 April 30, 2005 Determined by Chamber Section 3: Gary Schwaegefle is reappointed as a regular Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2005, replaced. member of the Housing or until such time as he is Section 4: Section 5: Terry Roberts is reappointed as a regular member of the Library Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2005, or until such time as he is replaced. Ann Radford and Laura Danielson are appointed as regular members and Ken Koenen is appointed as an alternate member of the Library Commission, which terms expire on April 30, 2005, or until such time as they are replaced.
