CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATION <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF PLEASANTON AND HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 22 day of March, 1971, the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton did set the 12 day of April, 1971, <br /> as the time and place of a hearing on the proposed agree- <br /> ment between the Housing Authority of the City of Pleasan- <br /> ton and the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of public hearing was published in the Pleasanton <br /> Times on March 24, 1971 and March 31, 1971, <br /> pursuant to Section 6066 of the Government Code ordering <br /> the publication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said hearing has been held and conducted as provided by <br /> law and this Council is familiar with the content of said <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are <br /> <br />authorized, on behalf of the City of Pleasonton, to <br /> <br />execute said Agreement. <br /> <br />DATED: April 12, 1971 <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Bernard Gerton, seconded by <br /> <br />Robert Pearson, the foregoing Resolution was passed <br /> <br />this April 12, 1971, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Councilman- <br />and adopted <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilman Chris Berat~s a~di Co~q~,gi!m~a~ GeOrge Spiliotop? <br /> <br />ATTEST: R-OBE~T I.
