CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-75 <br /> <br /> RE: RULES SUPPLEMENTING THOSE CONTAINED IN <br /> RESOLUTION 71-74 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has by Resolution No. 71-74 <br /> adopted rules regulating employer-employee regulations <br /> consistent with the provisions of Section 3507 of the <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Government Code; and <br /> <br />it is considered desirable to <br />additional rules defining the <br /> <br />supplement said rules with <br />mechanics by which some of <br /> <br /> the procedures contained in Resolution 71-74 are to be <br /> carried out; and <br /> <br />W~HEREAS, the City Manager and City Attorney have met and conferred <br /> with representatives of both recognized employee organ- <br /> izations with respect to the adoption of the rules herein <br /> <br /> and with respect to the adoption of Resolution No. 71-74 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the rules contained in the document attached hereto <br /> and incorporated by reference herein are hereby approved <br /> by way of supplementation to the rules contained in <br /> Resolution 71-74. <br /> <br /> <br />
