CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-73 <br />RE: ADOPTION OF PERSONNEL RULES <br />AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has introduced <br /> and will adopt Ordinance No. 626 setting up a framework <br /> pursuant to which personnel practices and regulations <br /> within the City of Pleasanton are to be governed; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 626 authorizes the adoption by Resolution of <br /> personnel regulations implementing the provisions of said <br /> Ordinance; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Attorney have met and conferred <br /> with both recognized employee organizations with respect <br /> to the adoption of the Personnel Rules and Regulations <br /> herein. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the rules and regulations attached hereto and <br /> incorporated by reference herein relating to personnel <br /> practices and procedures and which implement the pro- <br /> visions of Ordinance 626 of the City of Pleasanton are <br /> hereby approved and adopted <br /> <br /> <br />
