WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-64 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION 69-5. <br /> (STONESON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC.) <br /> <br />the applicant, Stoneson Development Company, Inc., <br /> <br />has submitted and had approved by the Planning <br />Commission and City Council Tentative Development <br /> <br />Plans with respect to P.U.D. 69-5; and <br /> <br />the applicant has, consistent with the provisions of <br />Article 14, Chapter 2 of Title 2 of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton, submitted Final Development <br />Plans herein which were approved on February 23, 1971 <br />by the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 1069; and <br />the application herein appears clearly to be consistent <br />with the objectives and purposes provided for in <br />Section 2-8.25 of the Ordinance Code in that it provides <br />an imaginative, well designed means of providing single <br />family housing and provides considerable commonly owned <br />open space and recreation facilities maintenance of <br />which, by those who directly benefit therefrom, is <br />effectively provided for; and <br />park and recreation fees and/or facilities have been <br />dedicated consistent with the provisions of the <br />ordinance code relating to park dedication requirements; <br />and <br />tentative subdivision map and final subdivision map <br />for Tract 3150 have been approved; <br />the zoning in the area to which the application herein <br />applies is R-1-6500; <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br />3150 of applicant herein were approved March 22, 1971 <br />by City Council Resolution 71-53; <br /> <br /> <br />
