~HEREAS, <br /> <br />~HEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> P~ESOLUTION NO. 71-95 <br /> <br />RE: DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />CITY AND WISTERIA LANE, LTD. <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an Agreement between the <br />City and Wisteria Lane, Ltd. whereby the latter would <br />upon the demand of City install street improvements <br />consistent with standards and specifications prepared <br />by City on Vine Street for which future width lines <br />have been established by the City; and, <br />present traffic conditions and development of adjacent <br />properties does not warrant present installation of <br />said street improvements. <br /> <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
