CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUhTi OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATZ 0;*' L ;,LIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-119 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR MORRISON <br />HOMES, INC., P.U.D. #71-1, TRACT NO. 3184, WITH <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Tentative Development Plan for Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />No. 71-1 which was filed by Morrison Homes, Inc. was con- <br /> <br />sidered and approved by the Planning Commission April 27 <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 1085; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was requested to clarify condi- <br /> <br />tions 21 and 22 and, at its meeting May 25, 1971, it did <br /> <br />clarify said conditions as shown on the memorandum of the <br /> <br /> Acting Planning Director with respect thereto dated June ] <br /> 1971, a copy of which is attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Tentative Development Plan was considered by the City <br /> <br />Council at a continued public hearing and evidence both <br /> <br />oral and documentary taken and considered; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Tentative Development ?lan submitted by Morrison <br /> <br />Homes, Inc., in connection with P.U.D. #71-1 is approved <br /> <br />with the conditions including the clarification above <br /> <br />referred to imposed by the Planning Commission by Resolu- <br /> <br />tion No. 1085 subJ~eot, however, to the addition of condi- <br /> <br />tion No. 29, said condition to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "29. That the applicant shall not apply for, nor <br /> shall ~he City of Pleasanton grant building <br /> permits for any but model homes in connection <br /> with the first phase of development herein until <br /> sewer capacity in/~T~Valley Cg~nity Services <br /> District sewage ~re~t~e~ pla~ an~ a means of <br /> delivery there~ i~fva~.a~' J <br />DATED: June 7, 1971 <br /> <br /> ROBERT I.
