WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-118 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND FINAL <br /> SUBDIVISION MAP FOR P.U.D.-69-8 (AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS) <br /> <br /> the Planning Commission at its meeting May 11, 1971, <br /> after having considered evidence both oral and docu- <br /> mentary, adopted Resolution No. 1088 approving the <br /> Final Development Plan submitted by Amador Valley <br /> Investors in connection with this application for <br /> P.U.D.-69-8; and <br /> said Final Development Plan was submitted to the City <br /> Council and the public hearing noticed thereon and at <br /> said public hearing evidence both oral and documentary <br /> taken and considered. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Final Development Plan for P.U.D.-69-8 <br /> (Amador Valley Investors) be approved subject to the <br /> conditions imposed in Planning Commission Resolution <br /> No. 1088. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans <br /> be approved subject to the condition subsequent that if <br /> not approved in writing by the City Engineer within one <br /> week the date hereof said approval herein will lapse <br /> and be of no further force and affect. <br /> <br /> 3. That within one year from date of issuance of <br /> building permits hereon construction is to begin and <br /> cease without interruption to completion of the struc- <br /> tures contemplated in the Fina~velopment P~ herein. <br /> June 7, 1971 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ,PPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />~elen C.
