C.%IFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-110 <br /> <br />FIXING OF ADMINISTRATIVE COST OF ENFORCEMENT OF <br />ORDINANCE RELATING TO ABATEMENT AND REMOVAL OF <br />ABANDONED VEHICLES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recently amended the provisions of its <br /> Ordinance Code regarding the removal from private and <br /> public property of abandoned, dismantled or inoperative <br /> vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 5-7.08 of the Ordinance Code relating thereto <br /> requires the City Council from time to time to determine <br /> and fix an amount to be assessed as administrative cost <br /> in connection with the removal of an abandoned vehicle <br /> exclusive of the cost of the removal thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the administrative costs associated with enforcement <br /> of the provisions of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton relating to the removal of abandoned vehicles <br /> from private and public properties shall be assessed con- <br /> sistent with the following schedule: <br /> <br /> a. Officers time - $ 5.48 per hour <br /> <br /> b. Use of Patrol vehicle - $1.00 per hour <br /> c. Clerical work - $3.00 <br /> <br /> DATED: May 17, 1971 <br /> <br /> ROBERT ±.
