ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-108 <br /> <br />RE: QUITCLAIM OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> by inadvertence the City acquired,in 1966, a sewer ease- <br /> ment affecting all of the property described in the deed <br /> from George E. Mills and Josephine J. Mills to Frank Auf <br /> der Maur and Conrad Rickenbach (Recorded April 8, 1966, <br /> AY45530); and <br /> the sewer line for which the easement was sought has been <br /> precisely located and installed, thus making it feasible <br /> to quitclaim all of the easement herein which passes ove~ <br /> the property described herein but for a 15-foot wide sewe~ <br /> <br /> easement within which is located the sewer line. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the quitclaim deed dated May 17, 1971, whereby the <br /> City quitclaims to Frank Auf der Maur and Conrad Rickenba~ <br /> all of the sewer easement passing over their property but <br /> <br /> for a 15-foot wide sewer easement is hereby approved and <br /> the appropriate City officers~ructed to~.take whatever <br /> action necessary to implemen <br /> <br /> ROBERT L REID, Mayor <br /> <br />H~ien C.
