CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-106 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br /> MUIRWOOD PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work on Phase I of the improvements for Muirwood <br /> <br /> Community Park by Economy Gardens Supply, Inc., <br /> have progressed satisfactorily to the point where <br /> acceptance thereof is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the public improvements constructed by Economy <br /> Gardens Supply, Inc., in connection with Phase I <br /> of Muirwood Park are accepted and the Director of <br /> Finance instructed to execute in favor of Economy <br /> Gardens Supply, Inc. a warrant in the amount of <br /> $51,653.78 said amount being the total of the remaining <br /> money less 10% being held for the 30 day lien period. <br /> <br /> 2.
