WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-102 <br /> <br />RE: BILL OF SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF UNDERGROUND <br />ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION AND STREET LIGHTING FACILITIES <br />IN CONNECTION WITH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 1970-1 <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Bill of Sale and Conveyance <br /> <br />whereby City would convey to Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> <br />Company any interest it has in underground electrical <br /> <br />distribution and street lighting facilities installed in <br /> <br />connection with Tract 2892, pursuant to proceedings <br /> <br /> conducted under Resolution of Intention No. 70-130. <br />VOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Bill of Sale and Conveyance herein whereby the <br />City of Pleasanton transfers and conveys to P.
