CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-133 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FROM UNITED STATES GOVERNMEN~ <br />FOR 105 ACRES TO BE USED FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />The City of Pleasanton is in receipt of a deed <br />from the United States Government whereby the latter <br />will convey to the City of Pleasanton some 105 acres <br />of land located northerly of the Arroyo Mocho and <br />easterly of Hopyard Road said land to be used for <br /> <br /> recreational purposes <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />That the 105 acre parcel <br />dedication by the United <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />of land offered for <br />States Government to the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton for recreational purposes is <br />hereby accepted and the appropriate City Officers <br />instructed to take whatever action necessary including <br />recordation thereof to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />July 12, 1971 . <br /> <br /> ROBOt I, <br /> <br />HSl~fi- C i ~1 ~ca~ty , ' Cit~ Cls~k <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILLIAM A, HIRST, City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
