CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-131 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR UNIT <br />NO. 6 OF TRACT NO. 3035 (FAIRLANDS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Construction of Public Improvements in connection <br /> with Unit No. 6 of Tract 3035 (Fairlands) has been <br /> satisfactorily completed and the appropriate <br /> maintenance and cash bonds filed as per the memorandum <br /> of the Director of Public Works dated June 24~ 1971 <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
