WHEREAS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS: <br /> <br />NOW~ <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-130 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF RADIO SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an agreement with the <br />County of Alameda whereby the County shall install <br />service and maintain certain radio equipment for <br />the account of the City of Pleasanton~ and <br />such an agreement would effect a savings to the <br />City of Pleasanton and thus appears to be in the <br />pubIic interest <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
