Effective January 1, <br />1972, fire personnel shall be entitled to a 5% salary <br />increase, and in the case of shift personnel, they are <br />granted in consideration of a reduction of holiday pay t¢ <br />a flat 6 1/2% of salary per year, an additional 2.5% <br /> <br /> <br />
