CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-128 <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />FIXING OF WAGES SALARIES AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT <br />FOR ENUMERATED CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR 1971-72 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has, by and <br />thru its Employer Representative, the City Manager, met <br />and conferred and consulted with recognized employee <br /> <br /> organizations regarding wages, salaries and working condi- <br /> tions for fiscal years 1971-72 and 1972-73; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Memorandums of Agreement are proposed with regard to wages <br /> salaries and working conditions for fiscal years 1971-72 <br /> <br />and 1972-73 are proposed between the City and Pleasanton <br />Local 1974 of the International Association of Fire <br /> <br /> Fighters and the Pleasanton City Employees Association; an~ <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms of said Memoran- <br /> <br />dums of Agreement and finds them acceptable and in the <br /> <br /> public interest; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Employees of the City of Pleasanton within the following <br /> <br />job classifications shall be, from and after July 1, 1971, <br />entitled to a 5% salary increase and, from and after <br /> <br />January 1, 1972, to an additional 5% increase: <br /> <br />Chief Building Inspector <br />Associate Civil Engineer <br />Typist Clerk <br />Account Clerk I <br />Account Clerk II <br />Permits Clerk <br />Stenographer Clerk <br />Duplicating Machine Operator <br />Senior Account Clerk <br />Secretary <br />Supervising Account Clerk <br />Legal Secretary <br />Executive Secretary <br />Planning Technician <br />Recreation Technician <br />Recreation Coordinator <br />Police Lieutenant <br />Police Captain <br /> <br /> <br />
