WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-127~,~ <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR RZ-70-7 <br />(SINGER HOUSING) <br /> <br />the applicant, Singer Housing Company, applied for <br />Final Development Plan approval of the second phase <br />of its Planned Unit Development Las Positas; and <br />the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 1097 <br />adopted June 8, 1971, approved said Final Develop- <br />ment Plan; and <br />the matter was noticed for hearing and oral and <br />documentary evidence taken and considered at said <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEHEFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />That the Final Development Plan submitted in <br />connection with RZ-70-7 by the Singer Housing <br />Company is approved subject to the conditions <br />provided for in Resolution No. 1097 of the Planning <br />Commission, provided however that the approval be <br />further conditioned upon the developer being allowed <br />to substitute with the approval of the Planning <br />Commission roofing materials other than wood. <br /> <br />DATED: June 21, 1971 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Helen C.
