CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 71-125 <br /> <br /> RE: AMENDED JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT REGARDIN~ <br /> COOPERATIVE CONSOLIDATED TRAFFIC RECORDS SYSTEM. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an amended agreement for Inter- <br /> governmental Cooperative Consolidated Traffic Records <br /> System wherein the participation by the cities of Newark <br /> and Piedmont is deleted and minor procedural changes <br /> effected. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
