WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0.71-124 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF CITY OF PLEASANTON/P.G. & E. AGREEMENT <br />REGARDING FACILITIES ON BERNAL AVENUE <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an agreement between the City <br />and P. G. & E. whereby the latter would install a <br />seventy-eight foot cable and riser in connection with <br /> <br /> the Bernal Sewer Metering Station. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />That the agreement between the City of Pleasanton and <br />P. G. & E. regarding the provision by P.
