CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> S ~, ,~,' OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESCLU'Y;ON NO. 71-122 <br /> <br />CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF MARY C. <br /> <br />AMARAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of an agreement from Mary C. Amaral <br />whereby the latter will convey certain described property <br />to the former, said property to be used for the extension <br />of Peters Avenue, in consideration for which the former <br />will presently pay $8,250 and, one year therefrom, an <br />additional $21,820 to the latter; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of said agreement appears <br /> <br /> public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the agreement dated June 14, <br /> <br />desirable and in the <br /> <br />1971 between the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton and Mary C.
