CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-017 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF MARDEL LLC (DELCO <br />BUILDERS), AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-01 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of March 6, 2001, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of Mardel LLC (Delco Builders) for PUD <br />Development Plan approval to allow the construction of six single-family detached <br />homes and public infrastructure improvements to be located at 2503 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 8, 2001, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given the <br /> oppommity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Mardel LLC (Delco <br />Builders) for PUD Development plan approval to allow the construction of six <br />single-family detached homes and public infrastructure improvements to be <br />located at 2503 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
