CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE 0F CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-248 <br /> <br /> RE: DEFERRED IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MARIENDA <br /> INVESTMENT COMPANY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Marienda Investment Company, owner of property at <br /> <br /> 4361 Railroad Avenue, has proposed an agreement <br /> whereby street improvements to be installed along <br /> the frontage of said property are to be done within <br /> eight months of the date thereof in order to <br /> accommodate establishment of future width lines <br /> for Railroad Avenue and to develop plans and <br /> specifications for said work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. that the agreement for completion of improvement <br /> work dated December 20, 1971, between the City of <br /> Pleasanton and the Marienda Investment Company <br /> regarding street improvements along the frontage of <br /> 4361 Railroad Avenue, is hereby approved and the <br /> appropriate City Officers instructed to take <br /> whatever action neces <br />DATED: December 20, 1971 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />sary ~plement smapproval. <br /> <br /> <br />
